Probe manifest for methylation data?

I'm interested in looking at methylation in specific genes between primary and recurrent samples, but I can't seem to find the probe manifest for the methylation betas file. Would it be possible to upload this, or post a link to the platform specific probe manifest?

Thank you for your interest in our work. All the DNA methylation data corresponds to the Illumina 450K array platform. The annotation can be retrieved via the manufacturer's website (Illumina) or through Bioconductor R packages (e.g., https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/data/annotation/html/IlluminaHumanMethylation450kanno.ilmn12.hg19.html).
