HI,
I am somewhat confused regarding the two different sets you mentioned in the nature paper. If I understood correctly, there is a silver and gold set.
The data presented in the published nature paper is exclusively based on the gold set, is this correct?
The case IDs provided in suppl. table 7 lists all case ids from the GLASS cohort. However, I cannot found a column indicating which samples belong to the gold set and which to the silver set. Could you disclose which samples (sample and case barcode) finally made it to the gold set? I believe this is important to understand the data.
Thanks
Sanith

Thank you for your question. That's correct, there is both a silver_set and a gold_set. Only the gold_set was only used in the paper, but the silver_set samples are also available in the Synapse resource.
We have recently uploaded the tables "analysis_silver_set" and "analysis_gold_set" to enable identification of which samples and cases were included in the gold_set + silver_set.
Thanks,
Kevin
