Meaning of the tissue source code

Hi, Based on the sample barcode, some tissues are from source 06, 14, and 19. Does anyone know the meaning of those source code? Thanks in advance for your help! Best, Xuechan Li

Dear Xuechan, The tissue source codes for those samples can be found in Table S1 from Ceccarelli, Barthel, Malta, et al. Cell 2016. I've listed them below for convenience. 06 = Henry Ford Hospital 14 = Emory University 19 = Case Western Reserve University Hope this helps, Kevin
