Thank you for bringing up this interesting question. We have evaluated the request in consultation with our clinical compliance officer. HLA data are individual data generated from germline. Our data sharing agreements (with all the institutions that provided data/and or specimens that jointly comprise the GLASS Data Resource) do not allow us to publicize non-tumor datasets. Therefore, we cannot share the HLA data. Thank you for understanding.
