Variant data on GLSS-SN-0005

Hi, I'm looking for variant data (preferably raw data) for case GLSS-SN-0005. The SN cohort does not show in the current_release/raw-data-accessions.20220119.tsv and the particular case is also absent in current_release/variants_passgeno_20220531.csv. Can someone point me in the right direction, if there is any? Thank you in advance, Anders Sundstr�m

Hi Anders, Thank you for your interest. GLSS-SN-0005 did not make it into the final dataset, as we were unable to extract an adequate amount of DNA from one of the samples in the pair. More generally, raw data for this project is legally challenging to share as it is made up of datasets and samples from several institutions across the world that would each need to sign off on data sharing.
