Access to multiplexed immunofluorescence images

Hi there, I apologies if I missed this but I was wondering if you had released the raw multiplexed immunofluorescence data used in the paper. Thank you so much in advance. Martin

Hi Martin, Thanks for your interest. As of now, we do not have plans to release this data, as its large size makes it difficult to store and share. The Digital Slide Archive, which hosts our H&E images, is working on a solution to host multiplex immunofluorescence data, and we plan to revisit sharing this data when this is ready. Fred
