Hello Challengers - The script we used to validate the format of your mock submissions, and that we will use to validate your real submissions, is in the scoring repo here: https://github.com/ENCODE-DCC/imputation_challenge/blob/master/validate.py We ask that you please run that script on your submissions and fix any formatting issues.
