Hi, I'm mentoring a couple of undergraduate and graduate students in this crowd sourcing challenge. It would be a great experience if my students could present a poster at the RSG with DREAM meeting in NY on November 4-6 ([DREAM submissions](https://www.iscb.org/recomb-regsysgen2019-submissions/recomb-regsysgen2019-dream-submissions)). However, the ENCODE challenge is not listed on their website. I am wondering whether we could submit a poster to this DREAM meeting.
