Is the running time of the algorithm taken into consideration in any way? Should we perform parallel processing where possible, or this is not important at this phase?

Thank you for your question and thinking about performance and algorithm efficiency, which will ultimately be important, but at this time performance is not critical, accuracy is more important, and the scoring only reflects an assessment of the output results.
We appreciate your continued participation during these challenging times when many data scientists have been pulled into a multitude of other important projects, a few of which could use an algorithm like this to make data more findable and reusable. We remain committed to the value of this work and are look forward to the outcome of this effort.
