Are preprocessed gene expressions for HG21ST platform (GSM143... samples) available? HTA20_RMA.RData ([same](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn18380862/wiki/590486) for subchallenge 1 and subchallenge2) does not include them.

hi Vladimir, Please see the list of data files provided in the Data section for SC2. File HuGene21ST_RMA.RData has preprocessed data at gene level hence enabling merging with HTA20_RMA.RData.
