When selecting the submission queue for the correct challenge, I saw 2 options, one is leadboard, the other is final round. Dose it mean that we can submit to the leadboard for 5 times and final round for 2 times?

There should only be subchallenge 2 and write up queues for Preterm Birth Prediction. You will want to submit to the subchallenge 2 queue.
