Namely: * An individual must be at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in the country of legal residence. * An individual must not legally reside in a country designated as subject to an active Sanctions Program, as identified by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (?OFAC?), or be an individual or entity identified on the OFAC Sanctions List, as modified and updated from time to time on the OFAC website.
