since these three biomarkers are the baseline, we are wondering would it be possible to let us know their AUC on the Nivo and Chemo arm?

Thank you for participating in the Anti-PD1 Response Prediction DREAM Challenge. We have taken your idea under consideration and have decided to post these baselines in each leaderboard. For the TMB baseline model, TMB is thresholded based on quantiles defined in the Carbone *et al* manuscript.
