I do not find any value in the measurement table of the Synpuf data. I am trying to develop model using only Synpuf data, and I believe measurement values are very important feature for developing prediction models. Should we have to randomly generate these values to develop a model which generalise to other data as well ?

At the moment, yes, you will have to generate values. We are currently in the process of developing a solution for the synthetic data that will hopefully solve some of these issues. Stay tuned!
