Is open phase over?

Under Challenge Phases it says that the Open Phase is from Sept 9 to Oct 9, but also that the leaderboard phase starts on Oct 9. Can we still submit on Oct 9 to test our docker model or does the Open Phase actually end on Oct 8? Thanks

Yes, you will able to continue to submit to the Fast Lane queue for testing for the duration of the Leaderboard Phase. The only difference is that during the Leaderboard Phase, another queue will be opened that will run models at the University of Washington.
