Hmmm: What if you have visit jan 1 and admission on june 18 and you die on day 0 (the day you are admitted, also day 1 in other coordinates) of that admission. Your most recent visit is june 18 ? What is considered index last visit event? Jan 1 or June 18?

The last visit is considered the visit with the largest (or latest) date. So if the patient dies on day 0 (or day 1), that is considered a true positive for this challenge. In your example, June 18th is the last visit event. Thanks! Tim
