UW Submission queueing?

Hello EHR Challenge Team, our submission 9697441 was validated on the Main Challenge server almost 3 hours ago, but has not yet started on UW. Is there a queue on the UW server or is there some other problem? I haven't noticed such behavior before.. Thank you! omueller
