How did I pull the docker image?

Hi, I run "docker pull docker.synapse.org/syn18701196:9686282" in my virtual machine and got the error: "Error response from daemon: pull access denied for docker.synapse.org/syn18701196, repository does not exist or may require 'docker login'" What should I do? Thank you:)
