Can we use the same network or should we build our own networks based on the available data? Can we use other resources (databases, literature, etc..) to generate our own network? The network was constructed based on literature and signaling network databases (accessed via Omnipathdb.org). The network will be shared in a sif (simple interaction file) format. As we mentioned, this network is not able to explain some part of the data, so we encourage participants to build their own network. In all subchallenges participants are allowed to use databases or literature.
