Hi,
I have submitted my prediction file for sc1 via the 'Submit to the challenge' link in wiki (https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn20366914/wiki/594732). After submission, the website gave a message like "your submission will be scored and the result will be announced in the leaderboard". But I did not receive any email. And I didn't see my submission in the Leaderboard, so it seems that I failed to submit to the challenge.
I'd like to ask that :
1. Is there any way for my own to check my submission history?
2. What's the right way to submit? Is it right to submit via the link in wiki (https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn20366914/wiki/594732)?
3. How do I know if I submitted successfully?
Thanks,
Jie
Created by WJie12 Hi,
I just receieved the error validation email. The problem is the delay of my Outlook mailbox. Thanks for your help.
Regards,
Jie Hi @WJie12!
When submitting as a team, only the submitter will receive emails.
Best,
Verena Dear Thomas,
Thanks for your reply. I can receive the notification emails from synapse. I checked my spam folder, but there is no validation error email.
I'd like to ask that if I submit as a team, only I will receive the validation email or will all the team members receive it?
Thanks,
Jie
Dear Sinkala,
Thanks for the query. The leaderboard is actually for round 1 results. Round 1 ended on the 30th of September so its expected behavior for you to not see your submission from a couple days ago
Best,
Tom Hi Thomas,
I also submitted to subchallenge 1 a few days ago, and my submissions were score and I received a confirmation email.
However, my submission does not appear on the leaderboard.
I think that there may be something that not working well here.
Kind regards,
Sinkala Dear Jie,
I see that you have submitted as the team SingleCellLand. The person that submitted should have received a validation error email. If not, please check your synapse setting to allow for notifications or check your spam folder.
That being said, please follow the prediction file templates found here: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn20613435 for your submissions.
Best,
Tom
