Hi, There some time points in single phospho csv-s, which are different from the listed time points in the challenge wiki, like 12, 14, 15, 16 mins. These are absent from the median phospho data. Were these samples intentionally measured at these time points, or are they just mislabeled? For example, for cell line MDAMB415, iPI3K treatment, single cell data have 16 min treatments, not 17, but the median data has only 17 mins, not 16. Thanks Gabor

Thanks, that clarifies it!
Hi @gaborturu , Good question! The samples are **not** mislabeled. The measurements were collected at the indicated time (for example, the cell line MDAMB415, iPI3K treatment, was collected at 16 min). The cause are timing errors during the sample collection. For the median measurements we integrate the two time courses and we interpolate missing measurements as to obtain a matrix without missing values, you can find a detailed account on the process here: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn20366914/wiki/594739. Let me know if something is not clear or you would like more details! Best, Marco
