What are the values in overall_toi are they the overall score for RA?
what i am trying to understand is, is overall_toi score given for 4 images?

It is equal to the sum of Overall_erosion and Overall_narrowing, which contain the overall erosion and narrowing scores for the 4 images
If you want, you can calculate the erosion in a given image by summing the erosion column of a given image
example: for the left hand image LH*E_*
and get the narrowing by summing the columns LH*J_*
the overall score of a given image is given by summing LH*
