final scoring round

I see that leader board will close on march 19th but the final scoring round ends at May21. Are we allowed to continue working on our solutions and submit a solution on May20? I understand we can only make one submission between march 20 and may 21?

What activity is scheduled to occur between March 19th and May 21? Is this for further testing/comprehension of dockerized solutions and code? With no scoring feedback, it would not make sense for solvers to submit additional runs after the Leaderboard is closed.
