For example, the subject 3_BOS in the same time stamp [1423568628.51, 1423568661.49] has phenotype 'tremor' and 'dyskinesia' measured from the same sensor of RightUpperLimb. Does it mean multiple phenotype can be assessed with the same sensor, body segment, activity and time interval please? Also, the data description on the main page says 5 shimmer sensors attached on wrist, back and ankle. But in the table 'Task Scores - Part II' , the back sensor is missing. Does RightUpperLimb mean right wrist, and RightLowerLimb mean right ankle? Many thanks for the help.

> Does it mean multiple phenotype can be assessed with the same sensor, body segment, activity and time interval That's right. During a single task the grader can score multiple phenotypes simultaneously. > the data description on the main page says 5 shimmer sensors attached on wrist, back and ankle. But in the table 'Task Scores - Part II' , the back sensor is missing. Sensors weren't given scores, limbs were. The back was not one of the limbs that were scored. You will still find sensor data from the shimmer sensor on the back in Sensor Data Part II. > Does RightUpperLimb mean right wrist, and RightLowerLimb mean right ankle? Yes, that's right. > what is ''NotApplicable'' in the table 'Task Scores - Part II' mean please? That means that that limb was not scored as part of the study protocol for that phenotype. e.g., the lower limbs were not evaluated for bradykinesia during the drawing (task_code = drawg) task. > In addition to 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 points for each action, what does "YES", "NO", and "NotApplicable" mean? The studies were carried out at two different sites. The two sites used different grading scales in some cases (0,1,2,3,4 at one site, YES/NO at another). If you haven't already, make sure to read through all the sub-wiki pages describing how the sensor and diary data was collected: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn17103739/wiki/597202
In addition to 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 points for each action, what does "YES", "NO", and "NotApplicable" mean??Thanks!
btw, what is ''NotApplicable'' in the table 'Task Scores - Part II' mean please? thanks

different phenotype measured with the sensor on the same body segment page is loading…
