First-round submissions included in scoring ranks?

In the first round our team got a rank out of 13-15 submissions on the various endpoints. In the second round, the ranking were among 25-27 submissions. Do numbers of submissions for the second round also include first round (so we are competing against our previous submissions)?

@larslau- Only one submission per team is included in the calculation of the ranking. If a team submitted a model in round 1, but not round 2, their model is still evaluated in the ranking, but if a team submitted a new model, only their most recent submission was evaluated for the purposes of ranking.
