Is it allowed to use data not provided by the Challenge to train the model?

For example, the drug sensitivity of cancer cell lines from CTRP etc., or we have to stick to the data that is provided to train the model. Thanks. Jing

Hi Sanghoon, Absolutely, external databases like ECFP are a great source. All the drugs in the leaderboard and validation sets are present in the training set, so you can do those lookups yourself. Best, Jacob
