How are Challenges 1 and 2 submitted?
For Challenge 2, the AUC value predicted in step 1 is required. Is AUCs data provided separately from submission 1? Or is the AUC predicted by the model used in challenge 1 used in challenge 2?
If it's the latter, should you put 1 code in 2 submissions?

The two challenges are independent.
In your SC2 submission, you have access to the goldstandard file `/input/aucs.csv`. In other words, we will bind a volume containing all input files [listed here](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn20940518/wiki/600156) to your docker container at path `/input`.
