The term says ?People with previous access to the Beat AML data are not permitted to participate in the CTD2 Beat AML DREAM Challenge.? Bioinformaticians from our group has genomics data from Beat AML for ~667 patient samples, does this mean we have previous access to the Beat AML data?

Hi Ham, A lot of BeatAML data was already published in a Nature paper. Those 667 samples were (probably) from that dataset. The participation restriction only applies to participants with access to Wave 3 data (which is a very small number of labs). I've clarified the rule: ? People with previous access to the Beat AML "wave 3" data are not permitted to participate in the CTD2 Beat AML DREAM Challenge. This restriction does not apply to the waves 1 and 2 data which have been publicly published as supplementary material in (Tyner et al. 2018). Best, Jacob
