Do i predict survival when a patient with a disease does not give medicine?
Or predicting how long patients will survive when take a particular medicine?

The latter, as I believe that all patients in our dataset received treatment. Note one restriction of this dataset - you do not have access to the treatment which was used, information which would likely improve your prediction.
