Just a quick sanity check regarding evaluation for SC1.
In the description of assessment for SC1, your wrote:
"Each drug will be evaluated using a Spearman correlation([0, 1]), and the Spearman correlations will be averaged to produce a final metric. (Davidson-Pilon et al. 2019)"
Just making sure you use in fact Spearman correlation([-1, 1]).
