Hi All, My group is interested in the challenge. Currently we are developing a drug sensitivity database called DrugComb (http://drugcomb.eu/). Currently, there are more than 460k drug combination screening data + 700k single drug sensitivity screening data, covering more than 2000 cell lines and 4000 compounds. These datasets are freely available under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 licence. My group can provide expert knowledge on drug response, drug targets and network pharmacology modeling.
