I already registered for this challenge but I could not submit my predictions. I followed the instructions in the File Submission page - I created a new Synapse project with the mentioned name format, added the prediction file to the project. But the Submission part shows "Submission queue is not yet open. Please register to make a submission."
How can I submit a prediction?

You can also submit to the challenge by navigating to your prediction file on Synapse, clicking "File Tools" -> "Submit File to Challenge", which is likely how others have been submitting thus far.
