Submission error

Dear Organisers, I submitted a test submission yesterday with a lot of zeros in it for the drug-target interactions that I could not score. I had an error " One or more predictions are missing.". Are zeros not allowed? Do we need to score all the proteins? Thanks in advance, ANdrea
