Hello, regarding the docker container: 1) This container may contain only the input data in any format that we decide (such as a matrix)? or should the original files in the dose-response and RNAseq zip files be provided? 2)Is it acceptable to include only the trained model (ie HDF5 Keras file), along with a script to run it on the test set?
