Where/How to upload predictions

Where can I upload our predictions/submission? I nthe submissions dashboard, I don't see an option to upload/submit: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn21035948/wiki/600387 Thanks!

Hi @ddofer, The Submission dashboard is so you can view submissions you have already made. The full instructions and submission button are in the [How to Participate](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn21035948/wiki/597156) tab of the main wiki. Thanks, Tim
