Is there any info on what the .bed files provided are? There are two bed files (one in melanoma 1 and other in 2; is there one for lung). Presumably all samples are based on the same library prep (IDT Exome Library IDT xGen)? And is the provided bed file describing the probe or targets regions? based on which assembly, GRCh37 or GRCh38? Thanks!
