Hi, I am trying to match the patient IDs/ BAM files mentioned in the supplementary table 2 of this paper to the FASTQ files here and was having trouble linking the two. I'm relatively inexperienced in Synapse, and might have missed it, but is there a table available to match these? Thank you! Best, Kartik
