Is this dataset available to synapse users?
I was trying to downloading through synapse get -r syn21126450, but got permission issue:

This data can now be found through the AD Knowledge Portal snRNAseqAD_TREM2 study (https://adknowledgeportal.synapse.org/Explore/Studies?Study=syn21670836). Thanks @pandhey , I have tried to download the Matrix files (after having obtained the appropriate permissions from AMP-AD and ROSMAP), however when selecting the "prepare package", I get an error saying that files cannot be downloaded (without a specific reason).
Do you know what could be the reason? Could you suggest a solution?
Thanks! @pandhey any update on this? we are still getting the same permission error We are also getting the permission issue although we have a DUC with ROSMAP already.
@pandhey: Can you notify us when your team successfully incorporate the data and assign correct access controls/link to ROS/MAP data? Much appreciated.
I got this reply in the Synapse Help Forum regarding this dataset:
The data in that project has been generated from donors that are part of the Religious Orders Study and Memory and Aging Project (ROS/MAP). This is data that can not be released without agreement to terms in a DUC required by Rush, the cohort center. The team that uploaded the data are in the process of incorporating into the AD Knowledge Portal, which will allow us to incorporate it under the correct access controls and link it to existing ROS/MAP data. If you do not have a ROSMAP DUC in place I recomend starting that process. See here for instructions:https://adknowledgeportal.synapse.org/#/DataAccess/DataUseCertificates @pandhey
My team currently signed DUC with AMP-AD and ROSMAP. Can you specify how to gain download access to these files?
