I have not been able to download the data, it seems the link to the webpage in the MOOD Download file is broken. Would it be possible to resolve this?

I tested it, and looks like it should work. Do you see the data agreement form ?
And please note, the we currently don't support https ( only http, sometimes your browser might redirect you ).
