title: Brain Somatic Mosaicism Network Reference Tissue Project
abstract: BSMN teams have generated DNA sequencing data from a single donor with the goal to use a variety of experimental protocols to evaluate the rate of false positive somatic variant calls. Sorted neuronal and non-neuronal nuclei from the cerebral cortex and dural fibroblasts from a neuropsychiatric control brain donation were provided by the Lieber Institute for Brain Development. All data from the project has been released and can be found through NDA collection 2458
