Hello, Is there an official evaluation code and a more complete description of the Application-Dependent scores? in particular, how are the transition windows and thresholds defined? Thank you

Dear laubravo, for now, the evaluation code is under development. Concerning the Application-Dependent scores, all information is described on Dergachyova et al. 2016. ?Automatic Data-Driven Real-Time Segmentation and Recognition of Surgical Workflow.? https://doi.org/10.1007/s11548-016-1371-x. The transition windows will be defined according to the threshold used for the harmonization of annotation between both observers, i.e. 500 ms
