To create a Team on synapse you have to go to the Team tab on your profile, create a new team, and invite the participant. In the project created for the submission, you have to give the correct sharing settings to your team to allow all members to upload files. Another option is to invite your team members to your project.
PS: don't forget to give the download permission on your project to MISAW Admin Team.
