Visit Occurrence Id in Condition Table

Hi, I was checking condition occurrence table in synthetic dataset and I saw that visit occurrence id is all NaN. Is it also NaN in real training data? If not, could you update synthetic dataset by providing visit occurrence id in tables?

Hi @egealpay, So the real condition table does have visit occurrence id, however, not every record has an associated visit. About 20% of condition records are not directly linked to a visit record. For the next synthetic data updated I'll add in some visit occurrence id values. In the meantime, feel free to use that column! Thank you, @trberg
