Vocabulary tables and the latest Q1 UW data upgrade

Are the vocabulary tables listed in the Change Logs for the 09-18-2020 Q1 data update supposed to be available to models via the /data folder? I'm getting the following error when trying to read them: "File '/data/concept_ancestor.csv' does not exist or is non-readable."

Thanks, Tim. Just to be clear, it was in the validation stage that I got the read failure. The inference stage may be okay, I wouldn't know.
