Note: an earlier submission (subm. ID 9708438) made just this morning did not produce this error (but failed for a different reason during execution).
Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your patience It looks like the last successful submission by anyone was to Question 2 at around 9:43 AM PDT on Thursday... I also had the same error message for submission ID 9708455
404 Client Error: Not Found ("pull access denied for docker.synapse.org/syn22242573/covid_q1, repository does not exist or may require 'docker login': denied: requested access to the resource is denied") same error for me on ID: 9708453 and several others I tried debugging with.
