Congratulations on generating such extensive and great data.
We have some data from mouse AD models that we wish to compare with your data. We have downloaded your processed data files, however the gene names are not present in your matrix files or in the metadata. Can you please let us know how we can obtain this information?

I am also trying to compare my own data with your dataset and I have run into the same problem as @sheikh . Could you point us to the file with the gene names?
