When will the new form be available? I assume you are revising because the original FAQ link no longer works.

Cannot download the form or open the link Just so everyone knows, the only way we can access anything is through exadaptive not synapse. I just worked this out with a colleague but it took an inordinate amount of time. Please contact support@exaptive.com for any issues filling out the application form I already tried that and can't open it to complete. Isn't ther a person that I can talk to about this directly?
You need to fill out the form online, you can't download it. I cannot do this. I am registered but I can't fill out the application form because I can't download it and it is locked.

To assist research teams in preparing joint applications, we have also made a Word version and PDF version of the form available: please note that these should not be used for final submission. Everytime I try to do this, it either says "403 Forbidden" on the direct link or shows that the word doc file is locked. Please advise.
