Omentum Data is Non-existent

Hello, I counted all the pixels that exist in the dataset and was surprised to find that _there are no omentum pixels_ in the segmentation labels. I want to confirm if this is true and whether this is a mistake. Thanks!

Hey, sorry, I seem to have missed the notification for this thread. Yes, you are correct, there are not omentum pixels (I have removed the entry from the table). It was too hard to accurately and reliably differentiate and define omenta and fatty tissues in the annotated frames, we concluded that it would be best to merge the two classes. Therefore, any omenta present in the annotated frames are represented in the annotation class "fatty tissue".
