I know that this should not be a huge problem, but it would be nice to clarify whether the frame number "0" in the csv file is for the first frame in the video,-- --or whether frame number "1" in the csv file is for the first frame in the video, in which case the we would discard the first row of the csv file.-- --Thanks!-- --Chang-- Ignore this post, this was my error.
