Hi everyone, In Dr. Gentles' Module 4 R activity (predictive-modeling-cancer-prognosis-activity.Rmd) , there is a link in line 413 to the Module 1 scoreboard from last year. If you want to look at this years' responses, which is actually Module 2, the link is: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn25653150/wiki/610101 I believe the data is the same, so genes from either scoreboard will work.
